Sarah is a food industry professional with more than 35 years’ experience in Retail and Food Manufacturing. Her experience spans across UK and Europe working for a range of food businesses including Unilever, M&S, PepsiCo Restaurants/Yum Brands, Cargill, Cott Corporation and Express Dairies. She offers a wealth of knowledge throughout the supply chain with her core focus on food safety, regulatory compliance and quality management.
Sarah’s approach to working with clients is practical and hands on helping them to achieve that crucial balance between compliance, quality and profit for their own specific business.
She is able to work with businesses at all stages of maturity with a client base ranging from start-ups to established retailers.
Sarah has a real interest in supporting businesses to develop and grow ensuring that the company is technically stronger position moving forward.
